Audio and Screenshare Permissions
Dear Parent/Guardian,
To support student learning and strengthen family communication, one element that helps facilitate improved instruction and detailed communication to families is audio and screenshare recordings. These recordings help the tutor improve instruction and provide better feedback to families.
Key points:
No student faces are recorded – only voice and screen activity.
Students consent will be requested for these recordings in addition to parents’ permission.
Recordings are used only by the tutor for educational purposes and are not shared with students, parents, or any third parties
Recordings are stored securely and kept strictly confidential.
You may request deletion of any recording within 3 years of the session by email. After that, recordings may be retained to help improve educational tools and teaching methods but will remain 100% private.
You may opt in or out at any time.
