Weekday Schedule: What is your typical Weekday Schedule: What time do you leave home and get back home? What date do your summer commitments end?

Note: This is only for the time period that you are taking lessons. So, if you are starting lessons in August after your summer camp is complete, then you do not need to mention the summer camp here.

Weekday Schedule: (1) Do you have any other weekday commitments, such as piano lessons, etc? (2) What times are unavailable due to these commitments?

Sunday Schedule: What time conflicts (sports, extra-curriculars, etc.), if any, do you have on Sundays?
